Can I change the pick-up time of my Click & collect order?
You have 24 hours to pick up your Click & collect items after your chosen time slot has passed, so there's plenty of time to collect your order. However, it's not possible to change the pickup time once the Click & collect order has been created.
With Click & collect, you can easily pick up your order at your IKEA store. Order on IKEA.com at your convenience and choose when and where you want to pick it up.

It is not possible to change the pickup time for an order sent to a collection point. Your goods will remain at the collection point for 3 days from the scheduled delivery date before being returned to us. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost if the order is sent back because you did not pick it up in time
