Can't pick up your parcel yourself from a pick-up point? Then someone else can collect it for you.
The recipient must be able to show both their own and the customer's physical identification – only photos of identification are not accepted. The recipient must also be at least 18 years old.
Can someone else pick up my order from a collection point?
Yes! If you cannot pick up your order yourself, someone else can do it for you. The person who picks up your package must be able to show both their own and the customer's physical identification and must be at least 18 years old.
