I cannot log in to my IKEA Family account, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can log in either with a one-time code or with BankID.

Forgot your password? No problem. On the login page, you can either log in using BankID or continue with your email. If you choose to log in with your email, you can either click on "Log in with one-time code" or, in the next step, "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with logging in. If you haven’t received the instructions after a few minutes, please double-check that your email address is correct and that the email hasn’t ended up in your spam folder.

If you’re having trouble accessing your email, log in using your BankID or contact IKEA Customer Service for further assistance.
