What is the processing time for a refund from IKEA?
The time it takes for your refund to be processed depends on your payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Please note that we count business days starting from the moment IKEA initiates your refund.
If you have been in contact with IKEA Customer Service, you will see the refund in your account in about 14 days. If your refund has not appeared after 14 days, please contact us and we will assist you. In certain cases, you can view the status of your refund through your purchase history on our website.
If you have visited an IKEA store and made a return on-site, the refund will take 3-5 business days to reach your payment card, or 1-3 business days if the refund is made to Ikano Bank.
