Can someone else collect my order?
Sometimes the days go by faster than expected. If you're unable to collect your order yourself, that's not a problem. Someone else can collect it on your behalf using the PIN code or the collection link sent to you by SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

The person collecting the order will need the PIN code or collection link that the person that placed the order receives by SMS, once the order is ready for pickup.
If you haven't received an SMS within your order's collection timeframe, you will need to contact the staff at the store's collection point. Please note that, in this case, the person collecting the order must present physical ID for both themselves and the person named on the order, as well as the order confirmation.

If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to bring the pickup notification and present both their own physical ID and the physical ID of the person named on the order when collecting the parcel.
