Can someone else pick up my order from a Pick-Up Box?
Sometimes the days go by extra fast. If you are unable to pick up your order yourself, it's no problem. A courier can pick up your order using the PIN code you received in an SMS from us.*
* If you haven't received an SMS, please contact customer service at the store where your Pick-Up Box is located for assistance with picking up your order. Please note that in this case, the courier will need to show both IDs.
