Why does the rails on KOMPLEMENT drawer have different colored plastic?
At IKEA, we have several suppliers who manufacture the same items to meet the demand for our products. Because of this, the colored plastic parts on the rails for the KOMPLEMENT drawer may differ, but this does not affect the function in any way.
When you buy a KOMPLEMENT drawer, the markings/details on the rails may have different colors (green or black). This is because the drawer rails come from different suppliers and has no impact on functionality. You can also mix the interior of your PAX with different KOMPLEMENT products without any issue.
