It is important that the measurements are right from the start before you start planning your dream kitchen. To make sure you have the right conditions from the start, book a measurement with one of our partners.
The easiest way to do this is by booking a measuring service directly via IKEA.com.
How do I book a measurement service?
You book a measurement service directly on our website. There you will also be able to choose the date and time interval that suits you best. The booking includes measuring the room and placement of doors, windows, water, or other things that may prevent the kitchen planning.
A technician from our partner takes care of everything and collects all the important information. The measurement includes a floor plan with the following:
- Length, width and height.
- Placement of doors and windows.
- Angle measurements on the walls.
- Placement of water, drainage, gas, radiators, ventilation, drums, wall-mounted fixtures, and switches that can hinder kitchen planning.
Note that countertop measurement is not included in the service.
If you are unable to attend, you can cancel your appointment directly via your booking confirmation. If you’re not able to cancel through your email, you can always contact us to get help with your booking.
