Can I make changes to my Click & collect order?
Once you have selected a payment method for your Click & collect order, you can no longer make any changes.
If you need to cancel your order, just don't pick it up. We'll automatically start your refund 24 hours after your chosen time window has passed. You'll get back the value of the items, but the service fee won't be refunded.

You have 24 hours to pick up your Click & collect items after your chosen time slot has passed, so there's plenty of time to collect your order. However, it's not possible to change the pickup time once the Click & collect order has been created.
