Can I make changes to an order?
After your order is placed, you cannot add or remove products from it. However, before your order has been picked, it is possible to change delivery date or cancel your order right here on our website through our service "Track and manage my order".
Go to Track and manage my order.
If you cannot change delivery date or cancel, it means that your order has already been picked and it is being prepared for delivery. If you cannot receive your order then it will automatically be returned. In this case, you will get the value of the product(s) back and can then choose to place a new order.
Another option is to receive your order and then return it if you have changed your mind. Learn more about returns.
