Why can't I choose Click & Collect as my delivery option?
If you cannot choose Click & Collect as your delivery option, it may be because the item is not in stock at the store in question, the stock balance is too low for the product to be reserved, the goods exceed 500 kg, or the item you want to order is not part of our online range, such as temporary collections.
There may be several reasons why you cannot choose it as a delivery option. It may depend on:
- the product is out of stock or the stock balance is too low for the product to be reserved at the store you have chosen,
- the goods exceed 500 kg,
- or the item you want to order is not part of our online range, such as our temporary collections.
