How much water do IKEA taps consume?
Depending on the tap, this can vary. Bathroom taps use 5.7 liters per minute and kitchen taps use 8 liters per minute.
Did you know that you can reduce your water consumption by up to 50% by using our tap? The tap have a mechanism that reduces the water flow while maintaining the water pressure. In addition, all our taps are equipped with a pressure-compensating aerator. This means that the water flow is always the same regardless of water pressure, which means that our bathroom taps only use 5.7 liters of water per minute, and kitchen taps 8 liters per minute.
