Can I use METOD frames in the laundry room?
Yes, you can! Just keep in mind that METOD is approved for laundry rooms but not wet rooms.
It is great to use the METOD kitchen system in the laundry room! METOD frames have a melamine surface that is moisture and scratch resistant and easy to keep clean. Keep in mind that the frames consist of chipboard that, like other types of wood, can't withstand moisture for a long time, so it's important that, just like in the kitchen, you wipe surfaces that have been exposed to moisture.
However, METOD is not IP44 rated. Therefore, METOD works perfectly in laundry rooms but not in wet rooms. The same applies to our laminate and veneer worktops.
