Front Days
To maximize our collaboration between our IKEA Retail Stores, Shopping Centres, and the Service Office, co-workers in Support Function roles in our Service Offices will have the chance to complete Front Days. Front Days give Service Office co-workers the chance to understand how we can create a fantastic customer experience together, meet our customers' needs, and solve challenges across different business units.
Specialized Skills
The Ikano Retail Specialised Skills Policy provides permanent part-time and full-time co-workers with the opportunity to develop to the best of their capabilities and to support their growth potential for a larger or different scope of responsibilities within the organization. This may include support for relevant part-time studies and specialized programs for vocational, technical, and professional training.
