The Home Furnishing Service is here to help you plan and furnish your home exactly the way you want it. Our team of experts will work with you to create a space that’s both stylish and functional, making the whole process easy and fun!


Our home furnishing service is open Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Visit our Planning Studio on Level 4 in the Showroom area at the IKEA Pasay City Store.

How to book your appointment:

  • Simply email us at [email protected] to book your appointment.
  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • A payment is required before your first planning session.
    • Payment upfront via gift card with the amount of ₱10,000 per room.

How your appointment works:

  • After you reach out, a co-worker will be assigned to you. They’ll send a short questionnaire and ask for floor plans, room measurements, and photos. Please submit these at least 2 business days before your appointment.
  • Feel free to bring printed plans, sketches, and photos on the day of your visit.


The service includes three sessions:

  1. Initial Consultation (in-store)
  2. Design Presentation (up to 60 minutes): This includes a mood board, floor plan, and opportunity for feedback.
  3. Final proposal (up to 60 minutes): This includes product list, mood board, floor plan, interior perspective, furnish with light plan, floor and wall finish suggestions drawing.

What we'll need from you

  • Complete the design questionnaire and provide measurements at least 2 business days before the appointment.If submissions are incomplete or late, IKEA Philippines may cancel or reschedule the appointment.
  • Ensure accurate room dimensions and preferences. IKEA is not responsible for errors due to incorrect measurements.
  • Arrive on time; if more than 30 minutes late, the session may be rescheduled within four weeks, based on availability.·

    1. Customers will receive one final furnishing proposal per room.
    2. IKEA Home Furnishing Service recommends only IKEA products for their intended use; custom or third-party solutions are not provided.·
    3. Audio or video recording during sessions is prohibited. Notify IKEA Philippines in advance for accessibility accommodations.

Home furnishing service fee is ₱10,000 per room, payment upfront (via gift card).
