Granola bars with nuts and dried berries

These homemade granola bars are delicious and super easy to make. Packed with wholesome ingredients, they are a perfect on-the-go snack for the whole family.

Serves: 4 | Time:  15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 pkg HJÄLTEROLL granola with nuts and dried berries 
10 pitted dates 
3 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil 
1/2 dl dried cranberries 
2 egg whites

Step by step:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a pot on the stove.
  2. Blend 4 dl HJÄLTEROLL granola with the dates in a food processor.
  3. Mix the granola-date blend with 3 dl HJÄLTEROLL granola and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  4. Spread the batter on baking paper in an oven dish about 18x30 cm.
  5. Let the granola batter set for about one hour in the fridge before cutting it into bars.

 

Tip!

These homemade granola bars are easy to bring along to school, work, and the gym – just wrap them in baking paper with a string, and you are good to go.
