Create a centrepiece

A group of vases is an ideal choice to make a statement that’s there also when dining isn’t in focus. Go with artificial plants, and you have all the beauty with none of the maintenance.

Round table, round place mats

Besides adding softness and neat symmetry, circular placemats are more space-efficient, contribute to a calm look, and eliminate the need for overlapping mats. Use material – like braided natural fiber – to heighten the expression. Last but not least, placemats save the tabletop without the need for a tablecloth.

Make your decoration edible

A few potted herbs add a nice, fragrant touch to your table. Use them as a mini gardening project (with or without children), as a conversation starter (as they grow and develop), to spice up your meals, or even to inspire you on what to cook.

You don’t need a chandelier!

Making a candle arrangement is an easy and effective fix. Candles look great together, also when they aren’t coordinated. Mix, match, and light up the table with tealights and block candles, and complement with taller ones for height. With slimline candlesticks, the decoration reaches high without disturbing eye contact across the table.
