Made of molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel, which is why the knife stays sharp for a very long time.

Sturdy blade makes for easy dividing and chopping of foods such as meats and root vegetables.

The knife's tang runs through the length of the handle, making it very wear-resistant and balanced.

The handle in dark walnut is comfortable to hold and gives you a good grip.

What is stainless steel?
