The mattress may need about 72 hours to fully regain its shape and comfort after having been roll-packed. Any wrinkles will disappear too.
Sometimes the packaging may have given the mattress a noticeable smell which will disappear over a short period of time.

The mattress works while you sleep
The comfort zones of our mattresses are simply zones that support your body in different ways to create a good a sleeping position. Slightly softer springs around the hip and shoulder, so they can sink softly into the mattress. And slightly firmer springs where, on the contrary, support is needed – such as for the legs and ankles. The overall effect is that your body does not have to work to find a comfortable position.
