So far, so goodImaculeeMy family's main concern is if it can be lowered or raised even when there are items on it. So far I have no issues with the mechanism and stability, it's working smoothly. But then again, it's my first day to use it. IKEA delivered on time and the delivery people and assemblers were respectful. My timing in buying it was perfect because even with the delivery and assembly fee, it still cost less than the normal price because I bought it on sale. And even though it's heavy, it doesn't look imposing or too bulky the space. I'm happy so far with it.5
