The hard-wearing solid pine has natural variations in grain, color and texture, giving every piece a unique look.

If you oil, wax, lacquer or stain the untreated solid wood surface it will be more durable and easy to care for.

There’s plenty of space under the bed for storage boxes - perfect for storing extra duvets and pillows.

You can easily vacuum under the bed frame to keep the space clean and dust-free.

Combine this bed frame with a slatted bed base with a max. thickness of 1⅝" to keep the slats hidden in the frame. The slats of a higher bed base may be visible along the sides of the bed.

I bought this bed forAnonymous reviewerI bought this bed for my 8 year old. It’s very minimalist which is the look I am going for. It does not exactly fit a Philippine standard single mattress but since the mattress goes into the frame (and not just on top) it make up for it because the mattress will not slide off the bed. It’s a bare finish wood so you can still customize the finish and color with wood stain, but if you are good with it I suggest putting sealant on top because of how aggressive termites are in the Philippines. Overall a 5/5 for me. I am so happy with the price point, the quality is so much more than what I paid for. I bought it home in a hi-ace van and it can fit probably 2 tarva bedframes if you slide it under the chairs. The frame does not come with the slats, you have to buy it separately!5

Personally, the bed seems quiteDivinaPersonally, the bed seems quite lovely. The material of it is sturdy and nice-looking. The stubs attached to the bottom make it very easy and convenient to move. The height of the bed from the floor is perfect, not short but not high enough either— so if someone were to fall, it wouldn’t hurt as much. It is not a difficult task to put together, and it is affordable. Overall, the bed is very sturdy, comfortable, and very nice.5
Need to be careful followingLianNeed to be careful following the instructions because if you use the wrong pegs or screws and/or position them incorrectly, you’ll take a longer time redoing the building. The design is a very good template to paint over which ever color you want to paint it with, which is another fun project. Although the natural pine wood as it is is already pretty. :) great value for money!5

We think it's nice to be able to feel the natural material just as it is. The wood is beautiful in its own right and it's also renewable. And because you can stain or paint it without further treatment, everyone can create their own TARVA. In that way, the design becomes a collaboration between us and the person who decorates it."
