This drop-leaf table seats 2-4. It is a good option for small spaces as the size can be adjusted easily, according to need.

The foldable leaf automatically locks into position. The safety lock is released with a simple pull.

The problem with the chair design is that there's no support in the back end of the chair (I'm not talking about back support). Hence, all your weight will be carried by the padding made out of cork.2

Designer thoughts

When designing PINNTORP series, I looked to Swedish 19th century furniture tradition, a time when resources were scarce and clever use of materials was needed. For the chair, I tested different angles of the backrest for optimal comfort. I was going to add spindles but found that the chair was just as comfy without. Smart use of materials created a distinct look and the series’ red and wood tones also pay tribute to this period – ready to spread warmth and beauty in your home.
