Good to know

Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home.

Two people are needed to assemble this furniture.

The frame can be assembled in an upright position if your ceiling height is a minimum of 93¼". Follow the assembly instructions in the package.

If you want to complete your PAX frame with a sliding door, the minimum ceiling height required is 94½".

Doors and interiors are sold separately.

Two 39¼" wide frames are included in the combination.

I had Ikea installed. IAureaI had Ikea installed. I paid 9% pf cabinet cost. There was just one guy doing installation of big cabinet and i was told by househelp he really had difficulty. Upon checking mow there are parts not properly installed5

PAX Wardrobe 2025EloisaFirst, we’re happy that we were able to design the wardrobe to fit the size of our space, suit its intended use, and match the design we wanted. We chose to assemble it ourselves because the instructions/manual were very easy to follow. Although the delivery men offered to assemble it for a fee (lower than IKEA’s assembly fee), explaining that they had undergone three months of training and that it might be challenging for us, we decided to take on the task. We’re very happy with the result after my husband and I assembled it together. The product has given us a sense of comfort, organization, and satisfaction. Additionally, we feel reassured knowing that if any part malfunctions or breaks in the future, we can easily replace it since the parts are available for purchase individually. Yes, it is expensive, but you can be assured of getting excellent value for your money.4

Material

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
