If you have a sit-stand desk, you might want to consider getting this instead of the uber comfortable office chairs because the transition is better. I also got the pad but it unfortunately slides off the edge maybe it needs some tape. In general, this is a good chair especially for those who are doing online classes or Zoom meetings.
