Looks: This Kallax TV benchAikenLooks:
This Kallax TV bench looks great on our small home! Our TV is mounted on the wall so I used the top part for stuff like plushies, game consoles, and a small lamp. I appreciate how simple and clean the bench looks that it doesn't grab attention away from the stuff you decorate it with. The 2 top shelves are unfortunately not tall enough to put our Switch game cases upright so if you're planning to display your video game cases there, you might want to put it somewhere else or put it horizontally if you're okay with that.
Underframe:
I also appreciate they made an underframe for this bench, our robot vacuum fits perfectly under it! I also like that you can adjust the height a bit of the legs for when you have uneven flooring. One downside is that the bench itself doesn't connect to the underframe, you only put it on top. So you need to be aware of that when moving the whole thing. Also since its not connected, the bench can wobble a tiny bit on top. Fortunately once I put enough things on the bench, it removed the wobble.
Assembly:
The instruction manual are clear even without much words, and I appreciate that a lot! However the assembly gave me a little trouble. Since the inner planks are slightly smaller that the outside planks, it made it a bit hard to follow the instructions (assembling it sideways) because I had to lift the inner planks—or put something like a folded paper underneath to lift it a bit—so I can connect the inner planks on the outer planks without worrying that I'll snap the pegs in the process. Fortunately it was easy enough to fix, I just hope there was something in the manual that addresses this.
Overall, I'm still very happy with this bench! Just wrote some things that I think could be improved. But it made our TV area so clean and tidy!!

Kallax rocks!
This is one of my best purchases from Ikea. I am so happy with it. The wood is so thick and sturdy definitely. Fit my 55inch tv perfectly!
