I am unable to completeKylaI am unable to complete the assembly because three of the screws provided does not properly fit into the designated holes.
The screws appear to be too large for the holes, making it impossible to securely connect the leaning/backrest part of the chair to the seat. I have followed the assembly instructions, but the parts cannot be properly connected due to this issue. The customer service is not responsive and kept me from waiting in line. No updates until now.
Super comfy chair!XenaSuper comfy chair, my fave feature is how it adjusts when you lean into it. Been using this for a year now and I can say it’s quality built, still feels new. We bought cover for the seats just for added protection but the built in covers can be removed and washed.
Straightforward and very easy to assemble. Minor issue is that the foot is starting to chip and corrode, I usually rest my feet there.

It Tilts!ValuedI like that the back tilts easily. It's a good chair for it's price. The only thing that I don't like that much is its shade of beige which is really a very minor thing.
All in all I really like this chair.

This time I did invest for a good quality chair and spare my body for further aches. I must say that I indeed paid for the best quality. It is heavy which means its more stable and can handle my weight. I just struggled to assemble the back rest part but the rest are super easy to handle.
