With some soft, fluffy pillows as back support, you easily transform this day-bed into a comfortable sofa or chaise longue.

Transform your sofa into a single bed in no time and maximize the use of floor space. Perfect for a teenager's bedroom or where you don't have a lot of space.

With this daybed you quickly and easily create space for overnight guests. Just pull out the bed base and you get a double bed in no time.

The large drawers have space for extra duvets, pillows, linens or other things you need to store, but want to have close at hand.

This simple design fits together with many different styles. Keep it the way it is or create a cozy corner with lots of pillows.

  • The daybed must be combined with two mattresses, 31½x78¾". They are placed on top of each other when you use the daybed as a single bed, and next to each other when you use it as a double bed.

    Coordinates with other furniture in the BRIMNES series.

    Mattress and bedlinens are sold separately.

    Slatted bed base is included.

    The daybed is not to be used as two single beds; it should only be used as a double bed when the bed base is pulled out.

    Care

Best daybed so farShekinaEasy to assemble, Easy to use! Lightweight enough to pull and move around. Soft closing drawer storage is a plus for quiet usage. Only con is limited variety of mattress available (most are foam, I prefer spring). Size is standard and sufficient to be used as regular bed.5
Durable, sturdy, perfect for our small roomJorelleWe already have 2 single bed mattresses and I've been thinking what bedframe would go perfect on this since we have a small guest room. I'm glad I stumbled on this daybed as it fits perfectly in the room. The delivery was on time, although Ikea could improve their order tracking because I had to follow up after 4 days of placing my order because there's no changes in its status even though the delivery date was coming up. They should also include my contact no. to the courier's info sheet so that we can communicate on the day of the delivery. The courier was blaming me when they got lost because he said I didn't include my contact no. , which btw I did include in the form I filled up. The instruction manual doesn't have narration on what to do. It only has visual representations of the assembly. Fortunately I found a tutorial video on YT which is what I followed. It took us 6 hrs to finish because there are soooo many screws and we were screwing it using a screwdriver only. My hands were so red after. Nonetheless, it looks durable and sturdy. My hubby slept like a log. Lol5
