Handy for our walk-in closetAnonymous reviewerWe bought a Boaxel system for our walk-in closet that we wanted to keep simple but functional. We really loved its easy to assemble features and it was exactly what my husband wanted. We had a few items that didn't quite fit, but exchanging them wasn't much a problem except that we had to explain ourselves again even if we gave a previous ticket number to customer service (they were probably not looking at all the details of the ticket and asking us the same questions that were already answered in our previous exchanges with Ikea). So I'm giving it a 3 just because of our experience with the exchange.
