Simply minimalist designWillA pretty heavy cabinet that highlights a minimalist design. If you are up for it, the assembly can be quite challenging. One of the three or four individual packages was somewhat heavy, and that's the main cabinet piece. I was not aware that these were intended for a customizable layout. Each set of components comes with its own instructions, rather than a step-by-step guide. It is not surprising that Ikea provides an optional home assembly service for an additional fee. It may be worth considering that. However, completing the assembly requires a considerable amount of patience. The finished product has a distinctive charm due to its clean-lined cabinetry and adjustable shelves that maximize storage capacity. The classic no-knobs, push-to-open door cabinets were an eye-catching feature throughout the overall minimalist design.5
