I purchased an IKEA BestaAnonymous reviewerI purchased an IKEA Besta mounted cabinet, and overall I’m genuinely happy with the product itself. The design is clean, modern, and very functional. Installation also went smoothly, so no issues on that side.
However, the biggest downside was the delivery and customer support experience. The scheduling was not well coordinated, which was frustrating. On top of that, reaching out to IKEA is extremely difficult. I understand that you prefer to use a messaging system now, but the response time is just too slow to be practical, especially for urgent concerns. It defeats the purpose of having support channels when replies take so long.
It’s a bit disappointing because the product and installation are actually very good. But the overall experience is affected by the delivery and support issues. I hope this is something that can be improved to make the customer experience more consistent.
