Inaccurate dimensions and no support from customer serviceValuedThe website drawing lists the Baltsar's full width as 47 cm. The actual chair measures 57 cm, so it doesn't fit my table. Customer service refused to help because the chair was assembled, but assembly was the only way to discover the problem. Disappointing from IKEA, particularly for a premium-priced chair.
