Plan your shopping before buying online. Check out the availability of our IKEA products you want to buy or get notified when it's back in stock.
How to check the stock
1. If you have the product name or 8-digit product number, add and enter it in the search bar.
2. Product results will be shown. Click product to be redirected to the product listing page.
3. If the product has stock, it will show 'Available for delivery' with a green dot. Select the product you want to purchase and add it to the cart.
4. If the product is out of stock, it will show 'Not available for delivery' with a red dot. You may have the option to save it in your shopping list.
Get notified when it's back in stock
Sorry, it’s a popular product so now we’re totally out of stock but you can sign up to receive notifications via e-mail and SMS and we will let you know when it is back in stock.
By E-mail
In the product information page, when the product is out of stock, it will prompt a 'Notify me' option. Click 'Notify me' to provide your e-mail.
Choose 'By E-mail' then select 'Pasay city' as your preferred store. Provide your e-mail details. Once done, click 'Send me a notification'.
You will receive one of the three types of e-mail notifications in your inbox.
1) Out of stock. The product online or in-store is still out of stock with no specific ETA yet. To continue receiving notifications, click the link of the product and select 'Notify me'. Repeat the process to be notified again.
2) Out of stock with an estimated time of arrival
Product online or in-store is still out of stock with an estimated time of arrival. To continue receiving notifications, click the link of the product and select 'Notify me'. Repeat the process to be notified again.
3) In stock online or in-store
The product is now available online or in-store.
By SMS
