365-day Return Policy
It's OK to change your mind
If you’re not totally satisfied with your IKEA purchase you can return new and unopened products within 365 days, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund.
Products that cannot be returned
Most items can be returned within 365 days, but a few products need to stay as they are to keep quality and hygiene for everyone:
- Cut fabrics or altered curtains
- Plants
- Bulbs and batteries
- Used bedding (including bed linens, duvets, pillows, protectors, bolsters, and bolster covers)
- Electrical and kitchen appliances
- Food products
- Products from Circular Hub / AS-IS:
- Items ordered to your specifications (e.g., custom-made worktops)
- Items purchased for commercial resale
We’re happy to accept returns for items in good condition. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we can’t accept products that have been accidentally damaged, worn through normal use, or assembled incorrectly after leaving the store.
All claims are strictly limited to the purchase price of each item. IKEA reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products and may refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions. IKEA will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.
No-nonsense return policy
You can return unassembled, unused, undamaged IKEA products in their original packaging within 365 days, along with your original receipt, for an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment:
- Cash payments will be refunded in cash.
- Credit card payments: refunded to the original card. The physical card and credit card slip must be presented at the time of return.

To return items you bought at IKEA.ph, please chat with us through Whatsapp for assistance. Lines are open from Monday to Sunday between 8am to 10pm.
Love it or exchange it - Mattresses
When it comes to mattresses, we offer something special. It is important to us that you love your new mattress. So, if after a while you discover that it is too firm or too soft. You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it. Provided that it is not dirty, marked, or damaged. Simply take your mattress back to the IKEA store with your receipt, and we will help you find one that suits you better.
