How to Shop with IKEA Shopping app
Shopping at your fingertips is now easier using our IKEA shopping app! We have created a step-by-step guide to help you get started, add products to your shopping list & check out your products using our mobile app!
1. Getting started with your IKEA Shopping app
Sign-up, search, explore our range and shop the beautiful possibilities. From bedrooms and kitchens to detailed decor.
Download App
Download our free IKEA Shopping app via Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). For more information, visit our FAQ for mobile app.
Sign-up or log in to your account
Sign-up a new account with your name, e-mail address, mobile number and password. Log in if you have an existing account.
Settings & Information
Upon sign-up, the app will ask for your location and language. Important links are linked in the Information page.
Menu navigation
Familiarize with the main menu (Home, Product range, Cart, Shopping list & Profile) to navigate through our mobile app.
Home
Find the best & latest deals, popular & recently viewed products on your home screen. Click our social media icons to follow our official accounts!
Browse our range
Browse our range by categories. Select the product of your choice and pick a color to match your home motif.
2. Seamless shopping list
Prepare your visit by browsing our products and their stock levels in the app and adding them to your shopping list. Use the built-in barcode scanner to learn more details about products. Save more time while you shop!
There are two ways to add products to your shopping list. 1) Click the button 'Add to shopping list' from the product information page and 2) Click the heart icon to add your product from the product listing page.
A notification will prompt that the item has been added to the shopping list. Click 'View shopping list' or the shopping list icon at the bottom of the menu to view your shopping lists.
In the shopping list page, you can collect when you have bought the product at the store or remove if you change your mind and no longer want the product. Simply swipe to the right to collect and swipe left to remove the item from your shopping list.
Check via the app if item is 'in stock' or 'out of stock' at the Store.
On the top section of the mobile app, click on the bar scanner on the right to show product details.
While you're shopping or want to know more about the product, simply scan the tags attached to the product. Add it in the shopping list, so you won't forget!
3. Add-to-cart & checkout
If you're satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, all that's left to do is to checkout!
Fill in the required information necessary such as your email, name, contact number, and address. Choose your preferred Services for delivery.
Finalize your payment. Payment methods include credit or debit cards, and GCash. Learn more about Finance options. Upon payment, you will receive payment and e-mail confirmation with a reference number.
Tip: IKEA Family members earn points from shopping online.
