Can I return a damaged or faulty item in store?

If there is a problem with your item, you can take it into any IKEA store with your proof of purchase for assistance.

Your proof of purchase may be your order number, receipt or bank statement showing the IKEA transaction. Bring along your damaged or quality affected product with you. If it is a large item, you can bring only the affected part in with you.  
Visit our Exchanges and Returns counter located after the checkouts near the exit.
