You may use the Rating and Reviews function (where available on the IKEA website) on the product page to submit a review(s) regarding that same product. The review(s), if it meets the requirements below, will be reviewed by an IKEA Customer Service assistant before being approved where it may then be made available to the public on the same product listing page.

The review(s) must:

• Not likely infringe on any intellectual property rights of any other person(s), including, but not limited to copyright laws;
• Not be defamatory in nature, or likely to be perceived as defamatory to IKEA or to any other third party;
• Not be inappropriate or offensive in nature, including potentially towards any other unrelated third party;
• Be a genuine product review(determined by IKEA NZ in its sole discretion) regarding the same product where the review was submitted;
• Not contain any personal information of any person(s), or any information that is likely to identify any person(s)

By submitting a review on this platform above, you agree that IKEA New Zealand will have full discretion to determine whether your review(s) should be published and ultimately be made public.

Please note that the above platform is not the appropriate forum to address any product concerns from actual purchase.  IKEA takes any product concerns from our customers seriously and welcome customers with any concerns from their purchased product(s) to contact the IKEA Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) via this link for further assessment.
