Can I return a product in store?
If you have purchased from IKEA New Zealand online or in store, you can return your product to the IKEA New Zealand store.
Please note that you can only return IKEA products that you have bought in New Zealand to the IKEA New Zealand store. Simply visit the Exchanges and Returns counter located near the exit after the checkouts with your product and proof of purchase.
For a quicker process, you can use IKEA express returns. You can pre-fill your return details online before visiting the store, allowing you to save time and skip the queue. You can simply enter your receipt or order confirmation details and select the items you wish to return along with the reason. You will receive a barcode to scan in-store within 14 days. IKEA express returns service is limited to 10 items or fewer. If you have 10 items or fewer to return, you can fill out the online form and follow the instructions provided here.
