Can I get a copy of my tax invoice?
Make sure you are always logged in to your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network account online or in the IKEA app, and scan your membership instore and all your transactions can be found in your profile history.
For online purchases, you will receive an email containing your Tax Invoice - check your junk mail to ensure you don't miss it.
If you have shopped instore, you will receive a POS Tax Invoice. If you need this to contain your name and address, or company details, you can produce a PDF document yourself - just find the transactions in your purchase history, and from the receipt view press 'Get invoice' when logged into your account.
If you are still unable to locate your invoice, please get in touch with us and one of our co-workers can resend this to you.
