When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed straight away, but may take 3 - 5 business days to appear.
Whether you have been refunded in store or have had a refund processed with us remotely, in most cases we will process your refund immediately, however it may take 3 - 5 business days to appear on your account, dependent on your card issuer or bank. You should receive a Tax Credit Invoice once processed by IKEA.
If you had your refund processed in store or remotely and have not received it after 7 business days, please contact your bank.
