Can I get a copy of my receipt?
Make sure you are always logged in to your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network account online or in the IKEA app, and scan your membership instore and all your transactions can be found in your profile history.
For online purchases, you will receive a email containing your Tax Invoice - check your junk mail to ensure you don't miss it.
If you have shopped instore, you will receive a POS Tax Invoice. If you need this to contain your name and address, or company details, you can produce a PDF document yourself - just find the transactions in your purchase history, and from the receipt view press 'Get invoice'.
If you forgot to add your membership, we may be able to locate your transaction with exact details of the date, amount, and payment method (such as last 4-digits of the card used) - you should be bale to get these details off your card or account statement. Once you have these, get in touch and we can try and find it!
