What is a refund card?
IKEA Refund cards can be used online or in-store, and can be used to pay for products or services instore, on our website or the IKEA app.
Refund cards issued in NZD can only be redeemed in New Zealand.
Refund cards are issued by our Customer Service team instore or contact centre for a returned product, reimbursement, or buy-back, and are valid for 3 years. You can even buy a hot dog!
