What can I do if something is missing from my delivery?
If something is missing after delivery or Click & Collect at a warehouse or a pickup location, be sure to first check if your order is split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item may still be on its way. If you notice that items are still missing from your order, please contact customer service for further assistance.
Visit an IKEA store
- Replace in stores. An employee can replace the missing item and give it to you to take home, provided it's available in stock.
- Arrange home delivery. If the item is not in stock, or you cannot take it home yourself, a colleague can arrange home delivery of the missing item from our central warehouse.
Contact IKEA customer service online or by phone
- Arrange to pick up your item in a store. Your missing item will be available for pickup at a store of your choice, as long as it is in stock.
- Arrange home delivery. An employee will be able to set up a home delivery of the missing product.
- Get a refund. Alternatively, if you no longer want the product, you will receive a refund. Refunded on the same payment method used for purchase.
If you receive a product you have not ordered, first check if it is an extra item or if something else from the order is missing. If items are missing, contact IKEA customer service and a member of staff will help you return the wrong items and get hold of the missing ones. If you've received extra items, check your invoice to see if you've been charged, then contact IKEA Customer Service for guidance on how to proceed.
