I have not received my delivery, what should I do?
Have you tracked your order and checked that the contact information and delivery date are correct? If everything is in order, but you still have not received your order, contact us, and we will help you!
Delivery by car to the door:
Here you can track your order. If it has not arrived by the date stated in the order confirmation, contact us – we will figure it out together.
Post package to a pickup location or the door:
Note! When purchasing postal packages, you will receive an estimated delivery date. The package may arrive either before or after this date. If it has not arrived within a week after the estimate, contact us, and we will help you!
If you receive a product you have not ordered, first check if it is an extra item or if something else from the order is missing. If items are missing, contact IKEA customer service and a member of staff will help you return the wrong items and get hold of the missing ones. If you've received extra items, check your invoice to see if you've been charged, then contact IKEA Customer Service for guidance on how to proceed.
If something is missing after delivery or Click & Collect at a warehouse or a pickup location, be sure to first check if your order is split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item may still be on its way. If you notice that items are still missing from your order, please contact customer service for further assistance.
