Place an order at home or in-store. Then pick it up yourself at one of our pick-up points.

Pick up in-store or from a locker: from 0,–

  • No minimum order value
  • 0,– when you buy for more than 999,– as an IKEA Family member
  • 99,– when you buy for less than 999,– or not an IKEA Family member

When you choose to collect in-store, we will send you an SMS as soon as the order is ready. The order will be ready for collection until the end of the day you selected when ordering.

  • Please arrive within the agreed time window. If you can't make it, your order will still be available until the end of the day.
  • Remember to bring help if you have large items. We unfortunately can't help you load them into your car.
  • At IKEA Leangen, IKEA Ringsaker and IKEA Forus, you can choose picking up from a locker 24/7, regardless of the store’s opening hours.

For kitchens or other larger orders, we recommend having the items delivered. But if you still wish to pick them up in-store, you're always welcome.

You choose the time and place yourself when placing the order. See more info about delivery time at the checkout. We will send you an SMS with a reminder and pickup instructions for the collection.

We offer two types of collection points: mobile collection points, where a van delivers your order, and terminals operated by our partner. If you choose a mobile collection point, please note that the van will leave after the specified time window. 

  • Please arrive within the allotted time, after which the van will drive on.
  • Remember to bring help if you have large items. We unfortunately can't help you load them into your car.

Tips:

  • If someone else is picking up your items for you, make sure they have the original email confirmation.
  • Can’t see the Click & Collect option in your cart? This means either we are fully booked or there are not enough items available in stock. We recommend trying again at a different time.
  • If you order a product that comes in different colours or finishes, for example some of our kitchen accessories and plants, it will not be possible to specify which colour/finish you want.
