Can I make a complaint about or exchange an item purchased abroad?

The simple answer is: Yes! Even if you have bought an item in another country, we will of course help you! In the event of a complaint, the product must be available in the range in Norway and a valid receipt must be shown.

For the exchange of goods, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the price you paid, calculated at the current exchange rate.
In other words, you can both complain about and exchange goods purchased abroad. Just remember to keep the purchase documentation and the process will be easier.
