Can I make a complaint on a product purchased in the Second hand shop?

The simple answer is: Yes!

Even products sold in the Second hand shop must be of the same standard as all our other products.

As long as the defect was not specified on the price tag and is beyond what you could reasonably expect when you bought it, we will of course help you, and if we are unable to repair the defect, you will of course receive a new product at no extra cost.

For products purchased in the Second hand shop, you need the receipt or price tag that was attached to the product to be able to make a claim on it. If you are an IKEA Family member and have scanned your membership card at the time of purchase, you have all your IKEA receipts stored digitally on your " profile.
