Can I return unused items in Sweden?

It is allowed to change your mind, even in Sweden.

Just like in Norway, the item(s) can be assembled but not used. You can go directly to the Exchange & Return section at the store you wish to visit.

If you have the receipt, you can ask for a refund. The amount will be calculated at the current exchange rate, provided by Forex. You can also exchange for an item of equivalent value or get a store credit.

Pack the item(s) well so that there are no scratches or damages during the journey.
