What happens if I don’t pick up my Click and Collect order at the agreed time?
It’s usually fine. Contact us as soon as you can, and we’ll check if the items can be held a bit longer.
Som regel har varehusene plass til å la ordren stå én dag ekstra, men dersom de ikke skulle ha det, kanselleres ordren. Summen vil bli refundert på samme betalingskort som du betalte med ved bestilling. Det du betalte for plukkingen av varene vil ikke bli refundert. I disse tilfellene kan du bestille på nytt til et annet tidspunkt som passer bedre deg.

Usually, the stores have space to hold the order for one extra day, but if they don’t, the order will be canceled. The amount will be refunded to the same payment card you used when ordering. The fee you paid for picking the items will not be refunded. In these cases, you can place a new order at a different time that suits you better.
