How does Click and Collect work?
Buy the items on ikea.no and pick them up yourself when they are ready.
Click & Collect - in store When you place a Click & Collect order, you order and pay for the items online and pick them up at the store. The items can be picked up as soon as you receive confirmation via SMS that the order is ready, and no later than the pickup date you selected when you ordered. Bring the order confirmation to collect your order. You, or the person collecting the items for you, must take the items to the car and load them yourself.
Click and Collect - near you When you choose Click & Collect near you, you order and pay for the items online and pick them up at the selected pickup point. The items can be picked up within the time window you have chosen, and you will receive an SMS when our transporter is on site. Bring the order confirmation to collect your order. You, or the person collecting the items for you, must take the items to the car and load them yourself.
Click and Collect does not appear as an option If Click and Collect does not appear as an option in the shopping cart, it means that we do not have any available pickup times at the moment or that there are not enough items available in stock. Try again another day or choose a different store.
To use this service, add your desired items to your cart, and select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Choose your preferred collection point and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up. Ensure you have your order confirmation with you.
