How does "Click & Collect near you" work?

Book online and choose the pick-up location, date and time that suits you. We pick the goods at the nearest IKEA store and deliver them to the pick-up point. The driver will be ready when you arrive.


How to order
  • Add the items to the shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
  • Select "Click and collect near you", your preferred pick-up point, date and time.
  • Are you an IKEA Family member and logged in? Then you automatically get a lower price.
  • Pay and complete your order.
  • Can't choose "Click and collect near you"? Then we are either fully booked, or the service is not available in your area.

We prepare your order
  • We pick and pack your items at the nearest IKEA store when we receive your order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with information about when and where you can pick up.
  • We will let you know if there are any changes or delays.

Cancel your order
  • You can cancel your order yourself on My purchases or via Track and change order, right up until we've started picking your items.
  • It usually goes quickly from ordering to picking, so cancel right away if you change your mind
  • Can't cancel? Then the order has moved on in the system. Give us a call and we will help you further.
  • You'll get your money back for the items, but not for the picking fee.

Change your pick-up time
  • Can't make it at the agreed time? Change the pick-up time yourself on My purchases or via Track and change order.
  • If you can't change it, your order has already been picked. Call us and we'll help you cancel and place a new order.

Add or remove items
  • Want to change the items in your order? Then you need to cancel and place a new order.

Pick-up
  • We'll have your items ready at the pick-up point at the agreed time.
  • Here you can find all our Pick-up points and delivery locations.
  • Remember to bring your order confirmation – you must show it when you pick it up.
  • Is someone else picking it up for you? Then they have to show their ID.
  • Do you have large or heavy items? Bring help – the person collecting needs to load the items into the car themselves.

Orders that are not picked up at the agreed time
  • Call us and we'll help you arrange a new delivery. You'll pay 50% of the pick-up price for the new delivery.
  • If the pick-up is postponed more than 5 working days, it costs 150,- per day in storage fees from day 6. We will send an invoice afterwards.

After pickup
  • Check that everything is correct when you have picked up your items.
