How does collection at a Bring pick-up point work?
Select your preferred date and time when ordering, and we'll pack and send your items to your chosen pick-up point. This service is perfect for larger orders that can't be sent as a postal package. Remember to bring help if you've ordered heavy or bulky items.
How to order
- Add the items you want to your online shopping bag.
- If you're an IKEA Family member and logged in, you'll automatically get a lower delivery price.
- Go to checkout to explore your delivery and pick-up options.
- Select "Collect at pick-up point", choose your preferred location, and pick the date and time that works best for you.
- Fill in your details and complete the payment.
Order processing and fulfillment
- We'll pack your order and send it to your chosen pick-up point.
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email with details on when and where to collect.
- We'll keep you updated via SMS during the pick-up period if anything changes or delays occur.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your order for free through "My purchases" if you have an IKEA Family profile or "Track your order" right up until we start picking your items.
- If you're unable to cancel, it means your order has already moved forward in our system. Contact us and we'll help you.
- If you cancel after picking or production has started, you'll be refunded the value of the goods and 50% of the delivery fee.
- For made-to-measure countertops and wall panels, 50% of the product price will be refunded upon cancellation.
Changing the pick-up time
- You can change your pick-up time through "My purchases" or "Track your order".
- If you're unable to make changes, the order has already been picked and moved on in the system. Contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Add or remove items
- We can change your order until we've started picking the goods or the order has been sent to production.
- Contact us as soon as possible and we'll see if the change is possible. The pick-up time may be adjusted.
- Any difference will be paid to IKEA, and refunds will be made to the same payment method you used when ordering.
- Keep in mind that the delivery price can change if you adjust the order.
Orders not picked up at the agreed time
- If you're unable to pick up at the agreed time, you must pay 300,- for a new pick-up time.
- If the delivery is postponed for more than 5 days, it costs 150,- per day from day 6. We'll send an invoice afterwards.
Pick-up
- We'll have your goods ready at the agreed time. They must be picked up on the date within the time slot you selected when booking.
- You'll receive an SMS reminder with the date, pick-up time, and address.

- Remember to bring help if you've ordered large or heavy items.
- Will someone else pick up for you? They must bring ID and the order confirmation.
After pickup
If you discover defects or damage to the goods after collection, just contact us and we'll sort it out!
